Making a Warranty Claim

  • Follow the shipping instructions provided by our Customer Service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • Naturalaclinic will cover the return shipping costs for warranty claims.

4. Inspection and Resolution:

  • Upon receipt of the returned product, our team will inspect it to determine the nature of the defect.
  • If the product is found to be defective and covered under warranty, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product.
  • If the product is no longer available, we may offer a suitable replacement or a refund.
