Eligibility for Exchanges & Returns:
- Products must be returned within 60 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- For health and beauty products, if the product has been unsealed after delivery, it may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. However, this does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or not as described.
Procedure for Returns & Exchanges:

- For first-time customers, shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
